I will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

Whilst care is taken to ensure that I display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so I cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods that you are purchasing.

As every item is handmade or customised, fabric placement may vary for handmade items and size/placement may vary on customised items.

Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted on items purchased from the website if you are not 100% satisfied or the item is faulty within 14 days upon delivery of your order.

Unfortunately, refunds will not be accepted if the item is custom made.
Refunds will only be accepted on personalised items if the item in question is faulty.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-refundable items:
Gift cards / Vouchers.

If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind before you have received a dispatch email them please contact me.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment.

If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item to me you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postage insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
